Unlike a traditional Grade 12 classroom or the Quebec CEGEP route, our model is designed to help students thrive academically, while building independence, confidence, and a roadmap for their future. This path is ideal for students looking for a more personalized education experience and Quebec students who prefer an alternative to the CEGEP system, while still being set up for success when it comes to admissions to top universities.

Grade 12 is the final year of high school in the US and Canada and is recognized internationally as a prerequisite for university qualification. In Quebec, however, 2-3 years of publicly funded CEGEP is offered as an alternative to Grade 12. In 2024, new laws came into effect that limit admissions to English CEGEPs and require a French Exit exam to graduate, which has led families to consider other options for post-secondary education.

Can my child finish the program in less than a normal school year?
Yes, you can go as quickly or as slowly as you need. Based on the needs and commitments during the school year and the post-secondary plan, we will design a tailored schedule and timeline and track progress to ensure completion. The full Grade 12 curriculum could be completed in as little as a few months or as long as 12 months.
Is there enough flexibility to allow for travel, a part-time job or other leadership opportunities?
Yes, the academic portion of the program can be designed around jobs, sports, travel or other. We can even help to guide and source the opportunities for career and leadership development through our Educational Advisory services.
My child struggled with accountability, organization and lack of structure when leaving High School for CEGEP, how does the program support this and keep them on track?
The program builds independence, while providing regular guidance on the learning, academic choices and personal development. Daily check-ins and progress tracking help build accountability and a more tailored and focused learning environment reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed.
